1. About these terms These Terms of Service govern your use of tayaar.in and any booking of services from Tayaar ("Tayaar", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting the website, booking a service, or making a payment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our services Tayaar provides at-home grooming services for men and women, delivered at the address you provide, within our current service areas. Services, prices and availability are listed on the website or shared with you on WhatsApp, and may change without notice. A price is locked in once your booking is confirmed.

3. Bookings

  • Bookings are made through the website and/or WhatsApp and are confirmed only when we send you a confirmation.
  • You must provide an accurate name, phone number, service address and appointment details.
  • Some services require full prepayment or a partial advance at the time of booking; any balance is payable as communicated at booking.
  • We may decline or cancel a booking at our discretion, including where the address is outside our service area or the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.

4. Payments All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers; Tayaar does not store your card or bank details. All payments are final, as set out in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. At the appointment

  • Please provide a clean, well-lit space, access to water and a power point where needed, and be present at the scheduled time.
  • Tell us before the service about any allergies, skin or scalp sensitivities, or medical conditions relevant to the service. Tayaar is not responsible for reactions arising from information not disclosed.
  • Our professionals may refuse or stop a service if they feel unsafe, are treated with disrespect, or if continuing could harm your health.
  • Please do not offer our professionals additional work outside the Tayaar booking or try to book them directly.

6. Your conduct You agree not to misuse the website, provide false information, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We expect respectful behaviour towards our professionals at all times.

7. Intellectual property All content on tayaar.in, including the Tayaar name, logo, text and images, belongs to Tayaar or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability Services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tayaar is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

9. Privacy Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the website or our services means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

12. Contact & grievances For questions, complaints or grievances, write to care@tayaar.in. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
